So hard to believe that this year is over. I’m sitting here, in my kitchen, my children running around, dragging blankets everywhere, my hubby re-drafting house plans, my grandmother finally home from the hospital, and I’m thankful. It has been an amazing year with many joyful moments, lots of new discoveries and revelations, and also a few trying moments (ok, way more than a few, but who’s counting?) (smile) God has been very faithful. He always is. He will continue to be.
No one knows what this next year will hold-none of us can prepare for all that life hands us-but “As for me and my house…” we are going to cling to the One who made it all and controls it all-the One who loves us forever and without condition. This next year promises to bring blessing, favor, growth, many learning opportunities, and I hope, much love, laughter and joy. We can welcome all that is to come knowing that God is good, that He loves us, and that He will never leave us helpless or alone.
