Was it a super quick week for anyone else? It seemed to fly by for us. Hubby was sick Tuesday through Thursday, so we all pitched in and tried to give him the best medicine we could think of: a quiet house. It must have helped, because he’s all better and back to normal now!
This week I treated myself to one of butterLONDON‘s brand new LIPPY lipglosses. I had been eagerly awaiting their arrival to our local Ulta, and just couldn’t hold out any longer! The color is called “Snog” and it is such a bright, pretty hot pink! It wears beautifully and doesn’t bleed or feather. I think it is the perfect happy color for spring and summer! (Their nail polishes are wonderful too!)
What did everyone do for St. Patrick’s Day? Our church hosted a Veggie Tales Party, and asked everyone to wear green. We snacked on veggies and green punch, got our faces painted, and also got to plant some little “Laura” carrots of our own. Lots of fun! (They even hid a hairbrush for a special prize!)
The only real baking I did this week was these Veggie Tales cakes and cupcakes, but we had a lot of fun and thought they turned out pretty cute! (I could post a tutorial later if anyone is interested.)
We enjoyed a fun Sunday lunch with some good friends, and then finished up the afternoon with some yummy (and messy) Dilly Bars!
Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday evening and a very blessed week!

Thanks, Erica. We think our girls are pretty cute too! (and I have to admit, the cupcakes were quite yummy!)
