We are a smoothie-lovin’ family! This Raspberry Smoothie with Coconut and Dark Chocolate is our new favorite!! Creamy, refreshing, and oh-so-decadent, it’s a smoothie recipe you’ll crave.
Our little girlies are very adventurous eaters. You can put pretty much anything in a blender, give it a swirl and a cute straw, and they will drink it and declare it the most delicious smoothie ever!
I, however, am a
lot little more discriminating. Texture (and taste) are key!
I’m happy to report that this smoothie has a delightful taste and texture – the yogurt and red raspberries provide a tart little tang, and the coconut flakes and tiny dark chocolate chunks offer a little chew/crunch. It is pure perfection in every sweet and tart pink sip!
This raspberry smoothie is also a breeze to whip together! Drop the ingredients in your blender, and give it a whirl!
Blend until ingredients are just combined for a chunkier texture, or blend longer for a smooth, creamy drink.
Pour into some pretty glasses, (cute, paper straws optional) and enjoy immediately!
